    i use to weight 192 pound.. nd more than 25% of fat
    in 6 months lost more than 45 pounds
    and now i got 13% of fat!
    BLaaH and and all i do is warming up 10 minutes at the tradmil.. then doing wegihts for 1 hour
    and then 20 minutes of hard cardio..
    so STFU .. you can build muscale and lose FATS
    all it need is hard work =)

    I would say Brad …
    I would say Brad Pitt is an exception. He is always lookin thin, but in “Troya” he builded quiet a lot muscles without gaining a lot of fat. But i’m sure that there was some meds helping him with that!!

    I think theres alot …
    I think theres alot of speculation on weather or not you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. How you build the most amount of muscle is, eat the right amount of calories, protein, carbs, and healthy fats….but to build the most muscle possible, you have to eat more than your body burns off during a workout. So, unless you just want to gain a small amount of muscle, and lose fat at the same time, you have to make sure you get enough protein while doing a mix of cardio, and lifting.

    I thought you could lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Can’t you work out and sweat while doing it, your heart pumping faster… Therefore you’re building muscle and losing fat at the same time? Some please tell me.

    wtf? you can build muscle and loose fat at same time..this guy is bullshiting ! listen up, if you maximize your muscularity and minimized your body fat too much then your gonna having to go for either loosing fat or builing muscle its really hard to do both…but if your beginer or intermediate then definely you can do both at same time!!

    Very happy actually. Im just so happy that there are people like you in world that havnt got a clue but think they know it all. You see I can do what I need to do in 3 -4 months ie get muscular and lean simultaneously without steroids. I eat 7 times a day and taper my carbs later on in the day.

    magic drum is a wanker and so is vince del monte. you can simply use carb rotation/cycling to build muscle and burn bodyfat simultaneosly ie high carbs on weight lifting days and low carbs on cardio days or days you dont exercise

    wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this guy is an idiot! u even loose weight even when u lift weights but just a little but if you want to loose alot more do cardio 30 min to 45 before you do weights!

    I strongly agree with chessdude67 and TheBearHHH you can build muscle and lose body fat at the same time. To do it you will have eat every 2-3 hours eat protein 1-1.5 g per pound in body weight eat slow burning carbs apart from the evening and decrease your fat intake. Then in the gym do 4 sets of 8-12 reps and do cardio 30-45 minutes after your weight training or days when you are off the gym. Believe me I spoke to many Bodybuilders and they all say it can be done.
