Do you think its still possible to gain muscle with such a poor diet if i work out every day.. or should i not even waste my time.<br />
<br />Not likely! Nutrition is 70% of your success, so you have to focus on it. Otherwise your training will go to waste. Remember you are breaking down muscle tissue during your workout, with poor nutrition you will be sabotaging yourself. Also, make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am very bad trying to commit to gym, mainly because i dont know how to exercise right . I eat well , I dont call it eating healthy , or eating right , but i do not starve myself. Can anyone help with a daily routine , and how to eat right or what types of food to eat to gain <a href="http://www.get-ripped-quick.com" target=_self>muscle mass</a>, and at the same time eat healthy ; Thanks<br />
<br />I always start my morning off with 6 servings of oatmeal. I don&#8217;t know what body type you have, but I am an ectomorph who can eat 24/7 and not gain weight. My metabolism is extremely fast so I do have to eat A LOT. 6 servings of oatmeal to me is like 1 serving to most.</p>
<p>I do not use weight gainer shakes because they are expensive and they are loaded up on sugar. Oatmeal IS my weight gainer shake. I also drink fat-free milk, eat chicken breast, egg whites, lots of fruits throughout the day.</p>
<p>The only exercises I do are deadlift, squat, and bench press. They are KING in building muscle mass especially for skinny people like me. Always seek help if you are not sure how to do them properly because you can easily get injured.</p>
<p>Monday &#8211; Deadlift<br />
Wednesday &#8211; Bench Press<br />
Friday &#8211; Squat</p>
<p>I do a lot of warm ups with light weights and slowly go up to my 5 rep max. After I do my 5 rep max then I am done. I used to believe I had to stay in the gym to do bicep curls for 2+ hours just like all the skinny guys in the gym. Keep your exercise program simple. If you don&#8217;t want to do it like me, you should at least focus on compound exercises such as, parallel dips, shoulder press, lunges, pull-ups, etc.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been working out consistently for about 1 year, and I have seen some great results in my muscles, but I was wondering if there is another formula or supplement that I could take to help get my muscles bigger. Right now I take in alot of protein and I drink protein shakes, and some times I take creatine too, but if you know of something else that would help me other than steroids that would be great thank<br />
<br />What you are doing sounds great already.  I might add Arginiine and glutamine.  I was able to go from 135 lbs to 175 lbs in one summer. I ate like a horse, made sure I ate at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and I used Mike Mentzer High Intensity training routines (AKA heavy duty).</p>

<p>Now here is my whey protein schedule</p>
<p>Right out of bed 50 gram shake/smoothie<br />
Immediately after workout 50 gram shake/smoothie<br />
Right before bed 50 gram shake/smoothie</p>
<p>Then sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I will go to the kitchen and have another 50 gram shake/smoothie.</p>
<p>This blows up recovery and puts the mass on quick!</p>

<p>Eat. Eat. Eat. Eat. start at 3000 calories per day, 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, lots of fats, peanut butter, eggs, fish oil, flax oil, nuts, fish, olive oil.</p>
<p>eat red meat, lots of it, ground beef, WHOLE eggs, fish.</p>
<p>carbs from whole wheat pasta, 12 grain bread, bagels, fruit, rice</p>
<p>eat 4 &#8211; 6 meals a day HUGE meals, eat till you are stuffed, NEVER be hungry. if you aren&#8217;t FULL, then EAT again.</p>
<p>count your calories, get enough, to gain weight you might have to get into the 4000 range or higher. you will be amazed at how much food that is if you aren&#8217;t used to eating. COUNT THE CALORIES.</p>
<p>each week focus on adding 5 &#8211; 10lbs to the bar. don&#8217;t cheat, deadlift with a straight back, squat, DEEP, benchpress touches your chest then back up or its not a rep. you will get strong, very strong, and gain alot of muscle.</p>

<br />to <a href="http://www.get-ripped-quick.com" target=_self>build muscle</a> you do a lot of weight and little reps. toning is littl weight at a lot of reps. first strength then endurance</p>
