Best UK online store for weight training supplements?

Things like protein powders, vitamin tablets, just mainly natural stuff I guess.

The reason I’m wondering is because there’s plenty american sites that sell things at knockdown prices, and for example, say a tub of protein powder costs $40, I hunt around for it online to buy in the UK, its £40. (Exactly same product).

I don’t really get why these things are so expensive in the UK compared to the US. When you convert the $ price you’d pay in the US, to £ you pay in the UK, your often paying around 50% more and seems like a rip.

But meh…are there any body builders out there who get their stuff from a particular website (reasonably priced + reliable).

Nd, I already know about holland and barrets, they have very small choice.

Thanks.

Without doubt the BEST UK supps store is http://www.myprotein.co.uk/

They boast the cheapest supps in Europe with the *same* quality as all the high priced supps. They’re cheap because "myprotein.co.uk" cut out the middle man.

With their products I’ve gone from 143lbs to 189lbs in 12months.

They sell so man different kinds of supps too, not just protein.

For a comprehensive range try GNC online:

    http://www.gnc.com/home/index.jsp

Save 15 % by signing up for e-mails. They are pretty competitive overall although if you search around you may find individual items cheaper.

Bear in mind that a lot of packaged supplements are rip offs. For instance Phosphagen HP is 80 % sugar (dextrose) and you can create the same mixture a lot more cheaply by buying the componant parts more cheaply namely creatine, dextrose and Maltodextrine.
